Crossfit kids allows children to move more, build self confidence and learn important teamwork skills!
These classes are created for children from 4 to 18 years old, given at our sister gym - Gymbox Noordwijk by coach Marielle Sterrenburg.
The kid's classes are of course there to make the children fitter and healthier but what is most important is that the child has fun.
The class is designed so that we set the kids up for a healthy life. Exercising helps strength a child's muscle and skeletal system, gives them a good body composition and helps reduce the chance of obesity. Crossfit is amazing for kids as it covers a huge range of exercises and disciplines; from weight training to gymnastics. Children's brains are like sponges, they absorb everything, therefore the more you open a child up to experience especially exercise the more the neurological connections are made the more likely a child will continue an active lifestyle for the rest of their lives.
