The BASE Weekend originally started as a coach development program, designed to train potential coaches. However, over time, it evolved into a deep, personalized experience focused on movement, strength, and performance. Unlike conventional training programs that dictate how exercises should look, BASE Weekend teaches you how movement should feel. This shift in perspective makes training more effective, individualized, and sustainable.
