Below is an overview of the classes that are open for drop-ins.

Please note: this is not our full schedule. Since our gym is currently at full capacity with members, we only have a limited number of spots available for external visitors.

 

We offer different types of workouts that you can join. Please read the following before booking:

Swimming Workout: No experience needed – just make sure you can swim 🙂

Hyrox Classes: We recommend at least 1–2 months of experience with similar workouts.

CrossFit Leiden Training Classes: Minimum 6 months of CrossFit experience required.
